Adoption Policy
Pre Adopt Form- gives us an idea of current living situation to find a compatible dog. Helps to prevent unnecessary return adoptions.
Adoption Agreement- Binding contract to help prevent dog from returning to the system.
Follow ups- To ensure adopter and adoptee is healthy and happy.
