Northern California Animal Rescue Friends (NCARF) is a non-profit 501(c)3 dog rescue located in Sacramento and the Bay Area. We are an all volunteer organization that is foster home based.Â

Adoption Policy
Search our adoptable dogs. Each posting will list the location of the dog.  When you find a dog that you are interested in, contact the person listed in the posting.  The contact person will ask you about your particular situation and pet ownership in general. This screening process will take time. You will be asked to complete, send in your Adoption Application, and have a continuing interview with the foster parent.
