Meet Wildfire
Hi my name is Wildfire! I am a 22-year-old 14.3 hand Tennessee walker gelding.
1/17/22
Wildfire has made a lot of progress since our last ride. He walked right up on the front porch of the office building without any hesitation. I think he will make someone a great partner in time. He is so sweet.
1/3/22
Wildfire doesn't initially stand still while mounting, but with a little bit of work you can get him to stand still long enough to get on. In the saddle his gait is very smooth and he backs really well. With a bit of time and more consistency he will settle down and do really well.
10/26/21
Wildfire is doing well and still looking for his forever home. He would do well in retirement or a light riding home with an intermediate-advanced rider.
8/10/21
Wildfire is blind in his left eye and seems to be still adjusting to that. He is kind-hearted and wants to please but is a little nervous under saddle. Are you confident and willing to help him on trusting that he is taken care of even when he can't see everything? He stands tied with an occasional paw but lets you groom and fly spray him happily. Don't let his age fool you because he is an easy keeper and has lots of life left. He would do well in a retirement home or a home with someone that is a more advanced rider.
