Meet Hope
HOPE is a 12-15 year-old black grade Quarter Horse mare, standing approximately 14.2HH.
Hope came to AGES from a terrible situation in New York, and with the help of the SPCA. Hope’s training history is unknown but she does exhibit some physical abuse behaviors when being handled and touched, particularly with new people. She needs much desensitizing work from someone with gentle hands and a patient heart. Hope is very kind but remains leery of her human friends' intentions. She would love her very own person to learn from, trust, and bond with for life. There is a bright future ahead of this girl, with the right person to show her the way!!
Hope is middle to low in the pecking order in her herd of mares. This sweet mare deserves a wonderful life!
