Meet this super cute, squishy lady!
Zoey is a 2 year old female hound mix weighing 80lbs.
She is more of a couch potato kind of a gal. She would be a great companion for a family that likes to settle in on a Friday night and watch a good movie...with popcorn, of course! You can't watch a movie without the popcorn! She'll even let you pick the movie.
She could also use a little help in the exercise department, as most of us could. ;) It's been pretty hard keeping in shape during covid, but maybe with the right exercise buddy (Zoey), it could happen. And it might be fun!
Her home is required to have a fenced in yard where she can spend time outside while she acclimates to her new home and life.
She would do best in a home with children 15+ years old.
Adoption fee is based on age:
Puppies 8 weeks through 7 months are $400
Dogs 8 months through 7 years are $325
Senior dogs over 8 years are $125
Seniors for Seniors (Seniors 65+ adopting over 8 years): $75
All adoptable dogs are spayed and neutered, have age and time appropriate vaccines, microchipped and heartworm tested. Other medical care provided might include treatments for fleas, ear mites, dental work or infections or other medical conditions. Additional vaccinations and medical care (including puppies Rabies shots if adopted at under 12 weeks of age) will be the responsibility of the adopter.
If you have questions you can call our office at 603.628.3544. To request an application, please email canines@manchesteranimalshelter.org

Note: As with all of our dogs, we strongly recommend obedience classes for new owner and dog to create a life-long bond with the adopted dog based on trust, respect, and rewarding training experiences. Our shelter dogs are strays and we observe and assess their behavior at the shelter which may be somewhat different in a home environment.
