Meet Zoey
Little Miss Zoey is only 2 years old and is very much so looking forward to a long and happy life with her future forever family! Due to a change in living situations, her previous family was no longer able to care for Zoey and so she found her way to our kennel. Zoey is very loving but is also very timid. The kennel is a frightening environment for her and though she has begun to relax and trust the volunteers she still often cowers and becomes scared.
Zoey is a sweet dog and would do well with grown children but not very young children. She would do best in a home without cats as she tends to be very curious about them and they don't care much for her curiousity! She gets along with some dogs so depending on how the introduction went could go to a home with a dog. Though she does like to cozy and cuddle up, she is still a young dog so she has a lot of playful puppy energy she needs to get out as well sometimes!
