Ziggy would be best suited with a patient and understanding dog-savvy family who can provide him with some basic manners training. Since Ziggy is deaf, his ideal adopter would also be committed to helping him learn hand signals to communicate. Ziggy is no couch potato, and this lively and energetic pup will definitely need an active home environment with plenty of mental and physical stimulation to thrive.
