Ziggy was brought to us by a good samaraton after he had been hit by a car. He suffured many small wounds and a fractured elbow. He has had surgery for his elbow and has almost completely recovered from the small wounds. Ziggy is looking for a loving, permanent home where his new owners will keep him safe from cars. He has been neutered and is house broken. He doesn't seem to mind other dogs and does well around cats.
