Zeus Boxer Mix Oklahoma City, OK

Zeus is a spunky, hilarious, and goofy boxer mix. He is 3 years old, 50 lbs, and has been diagnosed with IBS. After consulting with a specialist, we finally have his symptoms under control and he is doing well and getting healthy.

Sadly, Zeus is losing his spunk because he is currently in boarding at the vet and feels really sad about it. He is getting depressed. He just wants a home. He just wants someone to love.

Zeus is a really sweet dog who is very affectionate with his people and just wants someone to love. He is active and enjoys playing in the yard with his person or going on walks.

Zeus has done well with other dogs in small groups (large groups at daycare are a little too scary for him). However, with his health issues he would do best in a home as an only dog. Zeus does not do well with cats.

Zeus requires a special food and daily medication.

Zeus is also available as a hospice foster. As a hospice foster, the rescue will cover all his food and medical costs. We just ask that you welcome him into your home and treat him like family.

Zeus is house, leash, and crate trained.

Zeus is neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccines. His adoption fee is $175. Zeus has IBS so he requires a special food and a daily medication (Tylison). With these two things, he does not have any issues.
