Meet Zeppelin
Hello there!! My name is Zeppelin! I came to Liberty Animal Shelter with my brother Led! Aren't we the cutest? I would love to go home with you!
My brother and I are the longest residents at the shelter. We have been here since we were itty bitty babies over 120 days! We are almost full grown now and approxiamtely 8 months old! We also weight 55 pounds. We would love to know what life is like outside the shelter. Will you adopt me?
I love to snuggle and are totally binge-worthy movie dates! I would make an excellent walking buddy as I am always down for an adventure! Oh and did I mention how much I love snacks? Kongs and nylabones are great too especially when they are covered in cheese or peanut butter. I enjoy chasing and bringing back a tennis ball. I have also been in several playgroups here at the shelter and really enjoy all my doggo friends. All my friends get adopted so fast, I hardly get to play with them before they are gone. I love playing in the yard with humans too. I could play with you all day if you let me, but once I am tired I will take a long nap on your couch or in the sun.
**Zeppelin will be neutered, heartworm tested, and rabies vaccinated prior to going to his new home. He has been given his canine distemper and bordetella vaccinations along with a simple dewormer. Zeppelin’s adopter will be responsible for finishing his puppy series of vaccinations.**
Zeppelin will have an adoption fee of $80 with an approved adoption application. This fee will cover the cost of his neuter, canine distemper and bordetella vaccinations, and a simple dewormer. This fee does NOT cover the cost of his rabies vaccine or heartworm test. These additional fees are paid by his adopter, directly to the vet clinic at time of pick up.
If you would like to meet with Zeppelin, you must first complete an adoption application, which can be found here:
https://www.libertymissouri.gov/DocumentCenter/View/193/Animal-Adoption-Application?bidId=
Once completed, you must then submit your application to shelter staff via email at aco@libertymo.gov or by fax. Shelter staff will review your application once it's been received and touch base with you.
The Liberty Animal Shelter is currently open Monday thru Friday, 11-5pm and by appointments on the weekends.
