Zelda has been with cats their whole lives and they have spent some time with other dogs and done well. She has been around infants and kids. Zelda is a heavy snuggle bugs and are basically lap dog. They have a heavy kill list of backyard animals. Moles, birds, skunks, mice.nothing is safe from her outside! The only thing she haven't outrun is a rabbit. She is friendly to all adults who have entered the home. She does bounce and jump a bit and can run VERY fast. Zelda has long legs and short hair and she is mostly white with brown on her face and has an adorable beard.>>>Available dogs are met by appointment only and pre-approved adopters ONLY.Our dogs are currently in a foster homes which can answer your questions better than anyone else. We promise our fosters that we will qualify all potential adopters before we ask them to communicate with potential adopters.The application is the first step. Russell Rescue dogs are fostered in the Middle Tennessee area. We do not ship/transport our dogs, so the approved adopter must be willing to travel to Tennessee. Russell Rescue will try to first place our rescue dogs locally or in surrounding states.Russell Rescue is not open to the public for visiting hours. We do not have a physical location of our own.
