Meet Zeke
BEAUTIFUL SENIOR LOOKING FOR HIS FOREVER HOME. COULD IT BE YOU?
Meet our senior dog, Zeke, or also affectionately known as the "old man" at 10 yrs old
Zeke has been living in a foster home for roughly 2 months. Zeke is currently part of a pack of 11 other Shepherds and he does well, but sometimes he would rather be hanging around the humans than the dogs.
Zeke listens very well to his 13-year-old human foster sibling.
As a result of his age, Zeke does have some hearing and vision loss.
As far as the hearing loss , the opinion is that he is tone deaf.
As far as his vision, Zeke tends to suffer from severe dry eye syndrome and is easily managed with corrective eyedrops and medication.
Zeke can have a little harder time at night due to his vision problems, but he adapts amazingly well to his handicaps. Zeke prefers to stick with his human "like a shadow", and he always likes to be in your presence.
Despite his age, physically Zeke seems to be in awesome shape. He is still quite agile, is able to get up and maneuver around very well and likes his walks. He loves rubbing in the grass and even chasing some toys!
This boy prefers not to go on car rides as he will whine and be restless in a car. However once out of the car, He is back to his normal happy self.
A perfect home for Zeke would be one where he's the only dog, his new family or human is around most of the time and they have the ability to give him some solid exercise, guidance and the proper attention.
Zeke will be an excellent companion for the rest of his life.

Puppies, under 1 year - $350.00
Dog's 1-7 - $300.00
Senior's - $150.00

All our dogs are Vet checked, spayed/neutered, current on all shots, heart worm checked and on preventative before being adopted out, and will come with a Health Certificate. We look for the best possible families for them, so please be patient with our adoption process.
