Meet Zander
Meet Zander, a handsome and distinguished 5-year-old, 78 lbs. German Shepherd Mix. Zander has a steady, medium energy level and a gentle presence. He enjoys daily walks and playtime, but also appreciates quiet moments to relax by your side. Zander is a laid back guy who is looking for a family's feet to sleep comfortably by.
Zander would benefit from an adopter who takes the time to research his breed traits and commit to basic training (he already knows 'sit', and 'shake' and walks well on a leash), helping him build confidence and thrive in his new home.
Zander has shown his social skills with both male and female dogs in our Doggy Play Group. We recommend a Meet-and-Greet between any dogs in the home prior to Adoption.
With a little guidance and consistency, Zander is ready to become a loyal and easygoing companion.
