Yoti Mixed Breed Fort Worth, TX

Yoti is a snuggly, well-mannered lovebug who's having a tough time in the shelter environment. Though he's showing some barrier reactivity-like baring teeth at a male through the kennel door-we believe this behavior could be rooted in environmental stress and overstimulation. Outside the kennel, Yoti is a completely different dog.

He's dog-friendly and has enjoyed play yard time with several buddies. (He also recently got a sweet reunion with his brother, Lemon Pepper, before LP was adopted!) Yoti walks well on leash, only keeping slight tension at times, and he's been clean in his kennel-he clearly prefers to do his business outside.

Yoti's manners are fabulous. He offers a perfect "sit," takes treats gently, and never jumps up or grabs at food. He's also a big fan of grass rolls and, most of all, snuggles. He soaks up affection and bonds quickly when given the chance.

This guy just needs someone willing to go slow-someone who can give him time, decompression, and patience outside the shelter so his true self can shine. With structure and love, Yoti is going to make an incredibly loyal companion.
