Meet Yoshi!

Yoshi is a sweet, goofy 48 lb lab mix. He came up from a shelter in Mississippi and is currently living in a foster home with kids and other dogs. He loves running around and playing with our dogs and adores pets and treats from the kids. I think this silly guy thinks he is a lap dog as he will hop right up next to you or on you as soon as you sit down. Yoshi would love a fenced in yard to run and play in his forever home. He also has been working on leash and crate training in foster home. it is recommended that he attend basic training classes with forever family to help him. Yoshi would be good in home with other pets or on his own. If you are looking for a friendly playful pup, Yoshi is your guy.

We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs.

All our dogs have been treated with dewormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption.

We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts.
