Welcome back Yogi (previously known as Ranger).
Yogi was found by Tender Loving Crested in February of 2019. Believe it or not this guy was a stray who wandered up to an auto body shop to get shelter. He went there every day for several days so they reached out to the rescue to get him help. Yogi was a skinny scraggly street dog and was so happy to be rescued he jumped into the rescuers arms. He was adopted and went to live with a mother who loved him very dearly but in the past year has had declining health and close family members with extreme health issues. He was very loved but she felt it was best to return him to us so she could focus on her health and her family.

Yogi is an unbelievable guy. He has been with his foster mom and dad for some time and they have enjoyed having him so much that there has been no rush to get him posted. But we know Yogi deserves a family of his own. He loves his humans. He can coexist with other fur siblings but really wants nothing to do with them. He would be great as an only dog or a member of a smaller pack that doesn’t need someone to play with them. He is a snuggle bug, a goofball spinning machine, and the best boy you can ask for.

Yogi has some skin acne that his foster parents are working on. He has permanent pustules (sometimes called pearly cysts) all over his body.

***IMPORTANT*** Yogi had 2 seizures in 2019. He takes a low dose of phenobarbital twice a day. This will be a maintenance medication for the rest of his life.
