Yogi Bear is a very friendly Alaskan Malamute/ Siberian wooly Husky.

Even though he appears to be large it’s just a fur illusion, he weighs about 60 lbs.

Yogi Bear was rescued from a high kill Apple valley shelter where he was set to be euthanized with his female friend. We pulled both to safety and his friend is also available for adoption.

Yogi is a very mellow tempered boy. He loves his run arounds and he likes to lounge outside and go on walks. He won’t do good in hot climate areas or trapped in a heated apartment with no access to cool off. So a home with a yard would be ideal and an active person who can take him out on many jogs.

Yogi Bear is vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. Cat and small kids compatibility unknown, the dog has an overall calm demeanor.
He is good with other dogs. Not really a player so dog parks won’t be a place of his choice.

Yogi would make a great companion dog in a location with no excessive heat.
