Meet Yetta
My name is Yetta, I am a 94 pound rottweiler who was born on 7/16/14 and here is my story.
For four long years I lived inside a grain silo on a dairy farm. For four years I produced babies for the farmer to sell. For four years I was mostly ignored and forgotten. About a year ago the farmer decided to sell his dairy farm. I heard them talking about the new home they would be living in and how they would have to build something to put the dogs in.
I was so very excited. I imagined I would finally have a nice new home with a big yard and no grain chutes spewing dust on me.
It wasn’t meant to be. When they moved to their beautiful new home they put a shed about a quarter mile from the house and that’s where we were placed. Myself and 4 other large dogs. They did erect a fence around the shed but they very rarely walked the quarter mile to let us outside. Recently I learned that the farmer was giving me to a lady who takes unwanted dogs. I was so excited when she came to pick me up. I knew the moment we met that she was going to take care of me. I knew I had found a friend for life. My new life started with doctor visits - new toys - my own bed and the cleanest water I ever had.
I am in foster care being loved by a village full of amazing people. Now it’s time for me to find my furever home. If you love Rottweilers and you’re ready to make a lifetime commitment please go to this website and apply for me I promise you this -
you will never be sorry.
