If you saw me today, you wouldn't even think I was the same dog that first came in the shelter 8 months ago. When I first arrived, I was skin and bones and had skin so thick you might have thought I was a really tiny elephant! In the right foster with the right medication, I am thriving. My medication is only about $75 a month, that's about $2.5 a day. Now you might just think I look like a baby hippo (one of the cute ones, like Fiona). My foster loves me but can't keep me.
