Wrangler is making steady progress each day in the shelter, and being able to pose for this photo for our website was a BIG step forward for him. He is a gentle, sensitive guy, who would love to find a home with a kindred spirit. He’s not a fan of the flashy life and prefers a quieter home with people whose still waters run deep. A home with a strong routine, where he knows what to expect, would be ideal. Letting him learn to trust at his his own pace would be pretty life-changing.
At 4, Wrangler is a friend to other dogs and might enjoy living with a more confident, well-socialized dog who can teach him the ropes. He did not get much socialization early on, having lived with other dogs but not had a lot of human contact. You could help him catch up on the confidence-building he missed out on with lots of positive reinforcement and praise.
