Woody's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, I’m Woody – your soon-to-be best buddy!

Okay, okay — I know I look like a model with this stunning brindle coat (stop blushing), but I promise I’m more than just a handsome face. I’m a certified goofball with a heart of gold, and I’ve got big dreams of finding my forever family. Could it be you?

Let me tell you a little about myself:

I love other dogs — playtime is my jam!
I think cats are kind of mysterious and cool... and I’d love to be their friend someday (fingers crossed they feel the same!).
Kids? Love ‘em. I’m gentle, sweet, and always up for play or snuggles.

I recently graduated from a 5 week obedience class after completing a 3-week training program (honor roll, obviously) and I’ve mastered all the important stuff — but my real talents are cuddles, kisses, and being ridiculously lovable. I'm going to be starting a higher level obedience class, which will transfer to my new family, if I'm adopted while the class is still in session. My foster mom is hoping to get me certified as a therapy dog so I can go to hospitals and school....Won't that be fun!!

I’ve got plenty of energy and would make a great running or hiking buddy. But don’t worry — I’m equally committed to lazy Sundays on the couch. I’m basically the best of both worlds!

So... what do you say? Let’s make some memories together. Head over to Buffalocares.org and fill out an application. I’ll be waiting (tail wagging, of course).

Adoption Fee: $475
Rescue Registration: RR48
Love always,
Woody

All dogs come fully up to date on shots, microchipped, heart worm tested, de-wormed, on flea and heart worm preventative, and spayed/neutered.
