Wink Border Collie & Shetland Sheepdog / Sheltie Mix Rochester, NY

Wink is a 1 year old BC/sheltie mix, about 30lbs. Wink was rescued locally from a shelter who was helping with a hoarding situation. Wink was very nervous in the shelter, but is coming out of his shell in his foster home. He warmed up very quickly to his foster parents and loves snuggling on the couch and asking for pets. He is still nervous and hasn’t quite figured out how to play with other dogs yet, but he has shown interest in learning more about them. Wink is house trained and needs a fenced in yard, as he is still learning how to walk on a leash. Wink is looking for a patient family to help him work through his anxiety and show him how amazing life can actually be. Submit an application to meet him!
