Meet Willow Grace
Hey there, I'm Willow Grace, and I'm a one-year-old female German Shepherd mix. I've got a name that suits me perfectly, thanks to my graceful trot and overall demeanor. At the moment, I'm slightly underweight at 52 pounds, but I'm hoping to bulk up a bit with some love and good food.
I'm quite the catch when it comes to doggy qualities. I'm house trained and great in a crate – so no worries about any indoor mishaps. Leash? No problem! I walk like a champ. I also play well with other dogs, although I can be a bit shy around unfamiliar pups. As for kids and cats, well, I'm not entirely sure about them yet, but I'm open to the idea.
Fences don't cramp my style. A 4-foot chain link fence suits me just fine. I'm a well-behaved pup who knows commands like Sit, Leave It, and Shake. And boy, do I have energy to spare! I'm always up for playtime and affection, which I absolutely adore.
I'm not the dominant type; I'm more on the submissive side. Sometimes, I might be a little unsure around dogs I haven't met before, but I'm learning the ropes. I'm on the hunt for a loving home, one that's active with a yard for me to explore. I'd make a great addition to your family and an excellent watch dog – I bark when necessary, but not excessively.
Now, let's talk about my unique features. I've got the cutest trot, so graceful you might even mistake me for a horse! I'm a big girl with a big snout, a big tail, and a big frame – but don't let that intimidate you. I'm just a big fan of attention and cuddles.
I'm working on feeling safe getting in vehicles, and I promise not to hoard food. I'm also learning manners, and I've made great progress in just a week – no more jumping on you! Sometimes, I might think I can be a lap dog, but it's all in good fun. I'm just trying to figure out the difference between discipline and play.
So, if you've got lots of love to give and are looking for an energetic, affectionate, and slightly goofy companion, I'm your gal. Let's trot through life together!
My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
