Willa Black Labrador Retriever Mix Oklahoma City, OK

One look, with those big puppy eyes and Willa will melt your heart and take your life savings! This sweet little lady is 4 months old and super fun, super loving, and an all around great puppy! She became a Misfit at only 2 weeks old when her mom rejected her. Then she survived parvo and now she’s ready to find her forever family. Willa is spayed, up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, heart-worm negative, and micro-chipped!

Willa is all puppy! She loves playing fetch in the backyard, gathering all the toys she can find in the house and playing with her foster siblings. She is working on learning not to chew on humans and that jumping won’t help her get her way. Willa loves treats and loves to be told how she is a good girl, which should make training a little easier…but she is still a puppy and as we all know, puppies take time and patience.

Willa lives with foster siblings of all sizes and ages and loves everyone. Willa loves bones, squeaky toys (although they don’t last long with her), and she loves to eat! Willa has always been a little bit of a laid back girl for a puppy, but she still loves to run and romp. Willa also lives with cats and has shown no interest in them. She hasn’t lived with children, but will probably do better with older kids that she can’t knock down and that won’t be bothered as she learns not to jump so much.

Willa is working on potty training and does well in her kennel, but she is still very young and will need work on both. Willa is still figuring out the leash, but she does okay and with patience and work at letting her explore, she will be a pro in no time. She would be awesome as someone’s adventure buddy to go on walks and hikes with! We would love to see Willa’s FORVER family come along and to know she will be spoiled for the rest of her life!
