WILEY's Story

This is WILEY! He is about 1.5 years old (as of early February 2024). We think he’s a Border Collie and Lab mix! He’s your typical happy and sweet puppy that loves other dogs, and people of all ages! He just loves to give love and get attention <3 He can’t wait to find his forever family that will give him the love and attention he deserves. Note: the pic of him in a bandana is from early February 2022; the others are from December. He is so cute!! Once an adopter is approved, we transport to New York! We strive for our dogs to be adopted into the right home. The best fit for the dog is our priority. We ask that you please make sure if interested in a puppy or high energy breed that you are ready for this time consuming/daily endeavor and have patience as this is a long term commitment (could be 15+ years). Please consider your future lifestyle after COVID. Please make sure you are ready to properly exercise and give a dog all it needs for fulfillment. We recommend puppies receive 5 half hour walks (bare minimum) daily. Your ongoing time and day-to-day commitment is the most important thing in caring for a dog. In addition we cannot guarantee breed of any dog or expected adult size of a puppy. Please also note that any dog that is 'house trained' will still need patience in a new home, new people and new schedule. Please be ready to house train ANY dog you adopt! Thank you for understanding.

We at Miracles for Satos Rescue look for the right fit for each dog and person. This is the most important! Potential adopters must first complete an application. If applicable information is missing, we may not consider that application. Adopters must also initial and sign a contract with many requirements for caring for the dog. We do reference checks, background checks, virtual home tours before approval.
