Whisper is a 35 pound, 6 year old Cattle Dog Mix with gorgeous markings and the very best smile !! This sweet soul had a rough start to her life, and so she can take a moment to warm up to new people and situations. She is flourishing in her foster home, and she is learning how to dog. It's precious. She gives the most endearing kisses and hugs; and she has the most adorable slow tail wag when she's happy. She does very well with other dogs.
