Wesley and Bud
1.5 to 2 years old
Males
Great Pyrenees
BONDED PAIR - MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER
They show the good traits of their breed and are gentle giants.
Wesley and Bud are very affectionate and love being around their foster parents and other dogs especially their foster sisters.
Wesley and Bud love going on their morning and afternoon walks. They walk perfect on a leash, and they do not bark or pull towards other dogs or people. They do like checking out the squirrels, rabbits, and other wildlife animals but have great recall when asked to leave it.
Wesley like spending time outside with his foster sister Margie as they keep guard on the backyard. If Wesley is not outside, you will find him napping on the front room or bedroom floor. Wesley does not like to be in a crate and he doesn’t get up on furniture.
Bud likes hanging out in the house, and you can find him curled up in the hallway, closet, or crate. Bud sometimes likes to take a nap on the couch or bed. Bud doesn’t like fireworks or loud noises. Bud will get startled and tries to run and escape so he cannot be left outside by himself. We have found that Bud needs to feel safe and confined to his crate when he gets scared. Bud will go into his crate and self calm himself. We put a box fan close to the crate to drown out the noise. Bud is slowly building his confidence when it comes to noises.
Wesley and Bud enjoy meal time. They are not food aggressive at all. You can touch their food bowls and food when they are eating. They love milk bones and gently take treats from you.
Wesley and Bud are very happy lovable boys that would be great companions for a loving family.
Heart-worm negative, current on vaccines.
