Meet Wemberly – a 5mo, 45-pound Shepherd, Husky mix looking for her forever home!
Wemberly has been living with her canine brother and enjoys playing and wrestling; she is very tolerant of his energy. She would enjoy having another dog in her forever home to play with too! When meeting other dogs on walks, she has done well sniffing and approaching slowly and gently. Wemberly has also been living with a cat and mostly ignores him. Wemberly would be fine in a home with a cat who stands his/her ground and is dog-savvy.
Wemberly is a total sweetheart and loves everyone she has met and will shower you with kisses and never say no to pets and belly scratches! The moment she is out of her kennel she will honk like a goose in excitement and melt into a puddle waiting for pets and affection!
Wemberly is a curious gal whose paws will sometimes end up on the counter to see what is going on up there. A forever home where she will continue puppy and obedience training will be important for her so that she can grow up to be her best self!
Wemberly has energy and is looking for a home that will allow her outlets for that whether daily walks, tennis ball fetch, or running around the yard.
Wemberly is looking for a forever home with a fenced yard to run in, humans to snuggle with, and hopefully another dog to hang out with!
Her adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm/Lyme test, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, & Bordetella), HW and flea/tick preventative, and microchip implant and registration.
There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best guess.
Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.
Due to post-adoption services provided, it is Pet Haven's policy to only place dogs into homes within a 75-mile radius of the Minneapolis, MN city center.
