Waffles was found as a stray in Dec of 2024 and brought to CARE StL. She was in a home, but oddly, found as a stray again in March 2025. <br/>She really struggled in the shelter and is timid with new people. Once she knows she's safe, she is the biggest love bug! <br/><br/>She is currently in training with K9 Kamp.
