Violet, Aster and Poppy... these wildflowers make for an interesting bouquet ?

These not so delicate flowers are ~15 week old cattle dog mixes. If you’ve ever had a group of preteen girls in your midst well that’s what it’s like hangin with these three. Always on the move, catty at times, bossy and alllll about the drama. At this age all puppies are mouthy but add the cattle dog part and you’ve got velociraptor memes for days! All three girls are easy to love and would do well in homes with older children & active lifestyles. Their forever homes should have a handle on the balance between a much loved pooch and a solid foundation of training/socialization! Aster and Violet are rough and tumble girls that would do well with other tolerant, active, middle of the road dogs, preferably male.

Poppy is low man on the totem pole in this group. She is overly dramatic when her sisters play rough. She would not do well in a home with an dominant or pushy resident dog. She is the smartest of the bunch, loves her people and is eager to please. She would do well in an active family setting. As outgoing as these girls are with each other they are timid, only at first, when meeting new people so we would love to see them go to homes that would continue their socialization in a variety of different settings outside of the home environment.
Aside from their coloration you wouldn’t immediately know these girls were from the same litter.

Poppy is the peanut of the group. She almost looks like a Jack Russell at first glance and embodies that type of playful exuberance. Violet is a short, stocky bull in a China shop with the most amazing ears! Aster is the tallest, lankiest goofball with the build of a pointer and the playful energy to match.

We know there are tons of amazing people out there looking to adopt and it always hard to disappointment people but we will be carefully choosing homes based on the best match for each individual puppies personality.

These girls have received age appropriate vaccinations, flea/tick/heartworm preventatives are microchipped and have been dewormed. They are being fostered in Virginville PA.
