Meet Violet!

Violet is a sweet girl that was surrendered to us because she was in a home where she was being attacked by another dog. She is somewhat shy and more on the quiet, calm side for a puppy.

Violet is very affectionate and loves to be on your lap or sitting next to you. She loves to play with her toys and chewing on her bone and she can do that calmly in her crate or right next to you. She is such a sweet soul who just wants to be loved and snuggled. She is still a puppy so she will nibble on hands at times, or things that she shouldn't, so she needs to be shown what she is allowed to chew on. Giving her a toy is an easy way to redirect her.

She learns easily and is eager for her owners to show her what to do.
She loves going on walks and being outside playing. Puppies do need plenty of exercise to ensure that they don't get bored and can show their best behavior.

Violet sleeps very well in her crate. She is in a foster home where there is a good routine and structure and this has been very good for her. She loves knowing when she will eat, sleep and play outside!

Violet gets along great with other dogs but has never been around cats. She has a foster puppy sister and looks to her to show her what to do. She loves kids and and basically everyone she meets. She is mostly potty trained, but still has some accidents.
