Vinny and Ollie Italian Greyhound Batavia, IL

Vinny and Ollie Are 11 year old brothers and are a bonded pair. They were litter mates and have been together their entire lives. Vinny and Ollie need to be adopted together. They rely on each other and sleep together. They are on the larger side at 18 and 20 inches tall. They each weigh 20 pounds. Both dogs love the outdoors and Ollie has to be coaxed to come back in. They learned to use the doggie dog and go out just to lounge. They are potty trained and crate trained. They are timid and very gentle boys. They get along well with their foster siblings who are much smaller. They are typical Italians as they love snuggles and burrowing under blankets
Ollie, white, is on seizure medicine taken twice a day. He has been seizure free since he started the medication, which is not expensive. He loves to chase birds and squirrels and patrols the yard
Vinny has had cancerous skin tumors removed that the vet thinks are sun exposure related. All he needs is observation to see if any more develop and have them removed while small. The tumors are not likely to spread to his organs according to the pathology report. He has a sun suit with UV protection when he is lounging outside
These boys are well behaved and do NOT beg for food or jump on you when coming in the door. They are a delight to have around! They will do best with a fenced yard or large dog run since they spend so much time outdoors in good weather
