Vinny is a 1 year old Lab mix who is on the smaller side. He weighs only 36 pounds and stands just at knee high. Vinny is very sweet and loves people. He likes to be held in your arms and loves hugs! Vinny is a silly young boy who would love to find a home with lots of love, treats, and a warm bed to snuggle on! Vinny gives cute little nose boops with his precious little nose! Vinny is still a puppy and needs a home that understands that.

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
