Victory was transferred to us from another shelter, after growing up there due to an abuse case. Victory has not had an easy puppy-hood. She has grown up in a shelter and has recently just been allowed to start playing with other dogs and learning basic manners. Victory is NOT a first time dog owner type of dog. She is very reactive with dogs, she has been introduced to a stable male dog and she is still learning what is appropriate and what is not. NO FEMALE DOGS for her. Your other dog MUST meet her at the shelter. Victory is very sweet and loves people but is scared of children. She has the potential to do well with children using a lot of treats and a LOT of patience. She has recently started meeting a 10-year old boy and she slowly (very slowly) learning he means her no harm. Victory learns VERY quickly with yummy high value treats! Please do not apply if you expect an easy dog because our Victory is going to take some work, but she will be so worth every moment of patience! Victory will be spayed 9/17/2020 but can be met and placed on hold before that! Please research POSITIVE training techniques before applying to adopt. The adoption fee of $200 includes spay/neuter, current vaccines, microchip, free vet visit, 30 days of pet health insurance, puppy book, and engraved ID tag.
