Adopter will agree to take the pup to vet of their choice for spay/neuter procedure. Lunch breaks are not considered home half the work day and asking a neighbor to stop in is not considered home half the day <br/><br/>Their Story: LHAR rescued this playful girl along with some other pups with the help of an organization in rural VA.
