Hello, my name is Velma! I am an 8 week old pitty mix weighing 4.5 lbs. I was born in the homeless camp and have spent my whole life there. When Hungry Tailz came through to give us food, my owner allowed them to take me into foster care for me until I find my furever home. I went to the vet and had my first vaccination and was dewormed. I got my first bath to rinse off all the dirt and past and now I am ready to have my new beginning. I am a very happy and playful pup just looking for that perfect family.
