What is Jimmy's Angels Rescue’s adoption process?

HOW TO ADOPT  Adoption through Jimmy's Angels Rescue is a fairly easy process. Find a dog / cat that you want to meet and email us to let us know! Once a fully completed adoption application is received by us, we will make appropriate reference checks and set up your meet & greet with your potential adoptee. We do require a home check, simply for any safety issues that a homeowner may not notice but could be dangerous to a small puppy or even an adult dog.   It is required that any other dogs in the home meet your potential adoptee as well.  We do understand that there may be an adjustment period but we can help advise you on best ways to help. Depending on your location & circumstances we can facilitate a meet & greet as well as a home visit at the same time. PRE-ADOPTION PAPERWORK: This is the paperwork required for all potential adopting families.

Vanilla is good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Is Vanilla good with other animals?

Vanilla is good with other dogs. It is not known if Vanilla is good with cats.

When can I meet Vanilla?

As soon as the adoption organization has a chance to review your information, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.

When can I adopt Vanilla?

Time to adopt varies, but typically adoption organizations require an official application prior to adoption. If you’re a match, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.
