Hi, I am Vance! I love playing and running around but also I enjoy being calm and relaxing with my humans. My background isn't fully known by the staff here but I came from Tennessee from a rescue that saved me from a less-than-ideal situation, but that doesn't stop me from being a really amazing dog. I would do best in a home where I can be the only dog. I love my humans but would thrive in a home with no small children. I still can't figure out that I am a big boy and tend to knock over the kids that are smaller than me. My friends at the shelter tell me I am a very good boy and they wish someone would take the time to get to know me. I am a little rambunctious when I first come out of my kennel, but that is just because I am so excited to get time to play with you. After I burn off some energy I am content to sit with my person and relax. Could I be your best friend? Come down to Stray Haven to meet me.
