Vail is a young border collie mix from West Virginia, where she was kept in a dark barn for the 8 months of her young life. Since arriving, she has really come out of her shell and is ready to explore the world! She is still learning some aspects of being a dog but will floirish with a patient family willing to show her the ropes and earn her trust.
