Meet Tyler
Name: Tyler
Age: 7 or 8 years old
Gender: Male
Location: Houston, TX
Adoption Fee:$200
We are accepting applications for Tyler but he cannot go to his new home until after April 3rd.
Tyler is a beautiful 25 pound male Xolo. We were originally told he was 3 years old but he’s more like 7 or 8. Unfortunately, Tyler was heartworm positive when he came to us. He is almost done with treatment (which is why he can't go to his new home until April).
Tyler is still quite fearful. He prefers to hide than be with people. We are working on his socialization skills. When he warms up to you and feels comfortable, he wants love and affection. His foster has done a great job at helping Tyler who is now comfortable riding in cars and being out in public. He still gets nervous but he is able to adjust much better.
Tyler will need a patient, loving home who will continue to work on his social skills.
