Hello! I am Twyla and I am a country gal looking to come to the big city in February! I am a black lab mix about one year old and weighing in at about 50 pounds. I am the complete package! Besides being BEAUTIFUL I am also reported to be a total sweetheart who is good with kids, other doggies and cats too.  

Labrador Retreivers are known to be great family members. At her age, Twyla is past the difficult puppy stage, but will still need plenty of exercise and probably some chew toys too as labs are known to be bigger chewers. Twyla is looking for an adopter who is kind, loving and patient with some time to take her on long walks or to play fetch in the backyard. If you are that special person who thinks Twyla is just as special please email Catherine right away. The shelter is no place for this southern belle!

Like most shelter dogs, Twyla may need a refresher on housetraining. She is likely crate trained.
