Meet Twix

Who doesn't love a sweet Twix? This is now 10 mo "designer" dane (our fancy term for a dane mix). is a whole lot of love and personality in about 90 pounds. Twix found himself not feeling so great in one of our local shelters who reached out to GDRNT for help. Turns out Twix tested positive for lyme disease which fortunately responded very well to medications and he is now a typical happy goofy pup! When caught early this borne illness can be treated. Twix is good with the other danes in the home, age approprately crate and potty trained. He is even Grandma approved as he made fast friends with her. Twix is still a young pup so his family will need to be committed to positive reinforcement training for a puppy.
