This 8 month old male mini Bernedoodle is a puppy mill survivor who made his way to us. They called him Twister, so we obviously had to change that! Meet Sully!

This adorable boy has short legs and a stocky body and is the perfect size at 25 lbs. If you are looking for unconditional love, this is your dog. He would do best with someone that is home a lot. He likes to curl up at your feet while you work and absolutely loves being right next to his people soaking up all the attention he can get.

Since he came from a puppy mill, new things can be a bit scary. However, he is super smart and is learning so fast. He figured out how to go up and down the stairs in only two attempts. This sweet boy is completely housebroken and will let you know when he needs to go out.

The crate gives him anxiety, so he is not able to be crated. At night he will sleep soundly curled up in bed next to you. Since he has never been on a leash before, he will need leash training. He is great with other dogs and, based on his personality, most likely good with cats but that would require a meet and greet.

We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs.

All our dogs have been treated with dewormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption.

We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts.
