MUST LIVE IN ROCHESTER, NY AREA TO ADOPT and have a physically fenced in yard for her to safely run and play in. As a mill dog she will require a companion animal to learn from. We have tried placing them as only dogs in past and they come back to us when they shut down and only hide in new home.

Meet Twinkle

This mild mannered beauty is an adorable 2 year old Labradoodle who loves to take walks & cuddle on the couch. The perfect combination of active and chillaxin. She weighs about 55-60 lbs and has the sweetest disposition. She is good with other dogs and kids as young as 4. Due to her size probably wouldn't recommend much younger. Twinkle is crate trained and walks well on a leash. She does know some commands like; sit and will come when called but would benefit from some additional basic training. Twinkle would love to have a fenced in yard in her forever home and another doggie friend or kids to play with. She loves people so would also be fine as a solo dog, but definitely dog social. She did fine on cat test but might be tempted to chase fearful or skittish cat. This girl would make a wonderful loving addition to a lucky family

She will be going to their adoptive home under a foster to adopt contract until her spay is complete. You would be required to get her to our vet clinic for 7:30 am date TBD, in Rochester and then pick up (3 to 4 pm) from rescue to finalize adoption at that time. For this reason we will not adopt to anyone outside our immediate adoption area. We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally, if fencing is required it must be a physical fence and in place at time of home visit.
