Meet Turmeric 3872
Turmeric is shy boy, who is about 2-3 years old, is looking for a home where he can relax and come out of his shell.
He is a work in progress but we feel confident that his social skills will continue to improve. Turmeric is very curious of people and has sought attention. The stress of the shelter seems to be getting to him and making him a bit standoffish.
Turmeric loves other dogs and may gain some confidence from a social dog in his next home.
Turmeric has a condition called valley fever. This is likely a lifelong condition that requires daily medication and blood tests every 6 months to a year. He does not have any symptoms and is otherwise healthy.
This beautiful boy loves to play with large plastic balls that he can chase around.
He will likely do best with a patient family who can go slow with him and give him time to warm up.
