Turkey's Story
Turkey stood vigil by his dead companion in the middle of a busy road. She had been hit and killed by a car. Turkey would not leave her side. We rescued him and he was very shy and nervous. He is now warming up to us really well and has found a female dog who he runs and plays with at the shelter. Turkey needs and deserves a great home. He will still require a little patience as he adjusts to new things. Give him a chance!
