Upon completion of the application please email the completed application to fhasadoptions@gmail.com. You can type your name on the signature line, save the application and then attach the application to an email to us. Please make sure the application is completed in its entirety. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. A volunteer with Faithful Hearts will contact you within 1-3 days once application is submitted and our adoption committee has an opportunity to review your application. She is a very sweet and loving little girl who smiles at you when you talk to her. She is current on her vaccines, been spayed and started on her monthly heartworm prevention.
