TRACE Pointer & German Wirehaired Pointer Mix Pompton Plains, NJ

Trace is a 60lb, 8 mo old male German Short-hair Pointer. He is a friendly healthy boy, neutered, up to date on all shots and preventatives. He's a very sweet boy with typical energy level of a short-hair Pointer. He gets along well with other dogs and kids.

We'd prefer an adopter familiar with this energetic breed who can give TRACE the guidance and training a young energetic dog requires. A nice fenced yard would be most appreciated! Trace's adoption donation is $400.

We work with a partner rescue in South Carolina to find good homes for available rescue dogs and will transport to the NJ, NY, PA, CT areas as well as New England and states local to New England.

Transport is arranged with our partner Transport person who performs a home-check and introduces our rescue dog to the home and residents. This is a separate charge that is negotiated directly with our Transport partner.

As part of the adoption process we arrange a video chat with Trace and his care-person so you can observe his behavior in real time and ask his care-person any questions you require. This process has worked very well with our many long-distance adoptions.
