Toto is going to need an adopter that understands he is a little different than normal dogs. During the day, ToTo will nap by foster moms feet while she works and play shadow everywhere she goes. Toto turns in right circles and right circles only. Sometimes he will do small tight right turns and there are other times He will gain some speed going and do large happy circles in the yard. Because of Toto’s circles it would be best if he found a home with the ability to take him outside in the yard or and area that doesn’t require a leash. 99% of the time Toto will do his business outside and will need a home that lets him out a few times a day.
