Hey you! My name is Toto and I am your local, club footed, 7lb Papillon puppy. My previous family dumped me at the shelter because I was too small and was born with a funky foot, but don’t let my size mislead you. I may be small, but my heart and spirit are huge. I am looking for a family to call my own, and one that will allow me to show them that my little size does not matter. My club foot does not hurt me, and only gives me a bigger personality. I am full of love, and I am also vaccinated and neutered. I’m great in a home with pets and kids alike, and I will make an a amazing companion.
